4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Malaysia and may offer international shipping based on availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to product condition and reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method upon approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
